“I get my nails done off and on, I'm not a "regular" where I do it every 2 weeks or even once a month. I'd say more like every 2-3 months, and when I get a new set I might get a fill every few weeks. The nail salon I've been going to, I've noticed that the quality has not been had good as it used to be or if you are a true regular the service is much better. I decided to try Lavish today and I'm so happy with my nails! I was a brand new coustomer and Mai (I hope that's the right spelling!) Did a fantastic job. I asked for a square shape today and finally got an even shape after many trips to my other salon. I did go on a Monday close to open so they were not super busy but I could tell most everyone in there was a regular and she got multiple calls for appointments while I was there. The polish is clean and an even coat, the underside of my nails is even with no rough edges. I did not get anything too fancy so I can not comment on designs but if I had to guess they would be beautiful based on the attention she took just to a 1 color set today. The fill was $38 plus tip. She said next time a fill would be $35. I had one nail pop off so it was a few dollars more to replace my thumb. If the quality really does continue to be constant I might truly become a nail regular! Next week I will probably be going in for a pedicure. Great service, great quality. ?“

“i absolutely love Jabooda!! i have been coming here for years and i’ve never once been disappointed. lately i’ve started wanting to get fun colored french tips, so far i’ve done red and dark purple from two different people two different appointments and they’ve looked incredible both times.they make my nails look SO NICE despite getting them really short, which i have to do for work, and they still always look incredible. i am a HUGE fan of jabooda and will never be getting my nails done anywhere else in town! even when i lived in bellingham for a couple of years i would come now to burlington to go to jabooda. would 10/10 recommend !!!! Raven is especially incredible, as well as her husband, although i doubt you could go wrong with any of the technicians !!

Cleanliness: i’ve been coming here FOR YEARS with my mom, it’s our tradition to get mani pedis on both of our birthdays every year and it’s always SO clean. everytime they start a service they open up a new sterilized bag in front of you which is so reassuring to know all of their tools are clean and sterilized !!!

Stylist: Raven is literally so incredible omg. she did the most beautify purple french tips for me for a wedding im attending and they’re GORGEOUS! she even told me she wanted me to come back and request her again because she loved doing the fun colored french tips ! 10/10 would recommend“

“The people who own and work this shop are kind, extremely talented with nails, and very clear about pricing.
It is a shop ran by a multigenerational house hold. They live upstairs and I did smell lunch for a brief moment and honestly I want whatever they were eating that day ? otherwise the place smelled like incense and had Frank Sinatra playing in the background.

The place is beautifully decorated in an old victorian style house.

I got French tip mani- pedi- for my upcoming wedding and this place is awesome!
You can tell they have great procedures for cleaning equipment.
The lovely woman who helped me has obviously been doing this a long time. She is an expert and every movement has been practiced thousands of times. She also checks to make sure you understand the pricing of what you want, they have a good menu they show you to pick from, she asks lif yow your nails look after she does one of them and then finishes the rest with expert precision. The massage was very nice. Not too hard, not too soft. Just relaxing and felt great.

I honestly was a little intimidated at first but could see she was really doing an amazing job so then I was able to understand what she was about. I recommend this place.
