While visiting from out of town, our little pup became incredibly ill. Oceanside was able to get us in same-day on New Year's Eve. Everyone from reception, techs, and the Veterinarian herself were gracious, patient, and kind. They clearly communicated every step of the process and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our little Olive and prescribed medication that had her back to normal in no time. Our family owns a home in Long Beach, and it's a huge relief knowing that if anything ever happens with our dogs while we are there, they'll be in great hands. Thank you Oceanside!
I've always been satisfied with them, but a little disappointed yesterday. My dog had a serious limp and I set an appointment to get it checked and an x-ray. After the Vet did a exam, she told me there x-ray machine didn't work. I was charged $110., and told I would have to make another appointment the following week. I would not have brought her there if I had known they couldn't x-ray her. They should have told me when I made the appointment that morning.
