Zoom Drain is the type of company you hope to never call but when you do you know you're in great hands. We had a clog that was difficult to diagnose and required multiple points of inspection. Anthony did an incredible job making sure to only do what was required and educate us on your plumbing system every step of the way.
When it came to the fix their crew was quick and efficient. We hope to not need their services again but if we do we know who to call :)

Still recommending Zoom Drain. The whole experience is/was very, very good. From calling for service and info-the appointment was scheduled for same day, to the dispatch text/info, through the complete service. Trent and his assistant were courteous, quick, thorough, and helpful. And Anthony as well.

The Zoom Tech Anthony showed up, first impression, clean vehicle and uniform, asked about the issue, I took him to the cleanout and got started, found the problem, cleared it out, showed me on his camera the whole sewer. He said the clog was gone but I still had a problem with the line, it's warn thru the bottom of the pipe... He said I have several options for repair... We will see how this develops ltr.
