If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is the best florist I have ever dealt with. From the first call with Julia who helped me figure out the delivery location distance and if they could make the delivery on time by calling the local florist, to the great attention to detail on colors and arrangement style, everything was perfect. The flowers were for a funeral and I needed next day delivery. They worked with me to create the most amazing flowers I have ever seen. They sent photos before delivered to ensure I was happy with the arrangements. Mike is an artist and his work speaks for itself. They were sensitive to the delivery being on time and sent me a confirmation of the delivery time, and even arrived extra early to ensure no issues. I highly recommend. A+
I will give them 5 stars they did a good job. The only thing is I was in a hurry that day and I just wanted to order flowers. They lady on the phone said I had to hang up and fill out all of the online information and flower choices first. Then I had to call her back because I couldn’t figure out where to put in my flower choice. She had a little trouble there for a while as well. Just too much back-and-forth calling just to fill out online information. I would’ve appreciate it better if I could’ve made a one and done phone call to order.
I've sent my daughter several arrangements from Williams over a few years. I typically send the artist's choice, allowing the florists to choose the flowers and style. We've always been happy with that decision. I like their price range options as well. Their Delivery service is on time, and place to leave the arrangement request respected. I have a photo of one: They are my florist of choice.
