They had some details to consider that others had failed to mention so I’m glad I went with them. We are very happy with West Seattle Window & Door's work on our home. It was only 4 weeks between meeting Michan to discuss the job to them installing 15 windows in our house. They were very communicative throughout, arrived when they said they would, and were quick to respond to our questions. When they discovered some unexpected rot in an exterior wall, they proposed an efficient solution and took care of it the same day.

Michan is extremely knowledgeable about windows! She educated my wife and I about the different brands, the different types and different styles of windows. We had never replaced all our windows in a home before. Michan actually cared about not only what type of windows we would need; she also gave us design advice on how each style of window would look. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. She never steered us towards a more expensive window, or the cheapest products and try to close the sale quickly.
