My first visit to West Seattle Optix and I was so pleased. It was a very busy time while I was there and somehow no one seemed rushed, or tried to hurry me along. I arrived a bit early so I could browse the eyewear but wound up actually using my own frames, which was not any problem. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and seemed truly happy in their job.
I discovered west Seattle optix in 2016. I live in edmonds, and commute to west Seattle for my yearly eye exams & glasses. Very welcoming & kind staff. I highlyRecommend & refer all family and friends here
Excellent service all around. The front of house staff are fun & extremely helpful. Wonderful complete exam with a doctor who listened to me & helped revise my prescription and contacts to fit my lifestyle. Great selection of glasses at all price points; I found cute frames fully covered by VSP and some lovely designer ones I might save for special occasions.If you’re a fellow millennial reading this, just call to make the appointment. It’s not that scary & you’ll be so happy you did it.
