After ordering 5 pairs to try on at home, I finally decided to go in-person to the store to make sure there wasn't another pair that were a better fit for my narrow face. I am SO GLAD I glad. A wonderful woman named Kaya knew instantly which frames to try first. Her first recommendation, which ended up being the winner, was a frame that I never would have thought would be "me". The ordering process was easy and quick. Fortunately I had my prescription on my phone, so no need to contact my doctor. Thank you so much!! I will be back for sure.
I showed the greeter a picture of these glasses I saw online and asked her if she had anything close to it, she immediately knew what the glasses were and where they were located. These guys know their products like the back of their hand, super happy about how fast she got me checked out despite it being such a busy store.
Warby Parker is a great place for fashionable glasses and great customer service. I have been a customer of Warby Parker for at least 5 years. I have purchased prescription glasses for me and my kiddo numerous times. Whenever I’m in the area I pop in to have them refit my glasses, tighten screws and to give them a good cleaning. It’s all complementary. I totally recommend this store. They are helpful, nice and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Warby Parker!
