“I called Vitalitree to help me manage my river birches. Jordan came out and we had a great and educational conversation about the trees. We decided to remove one and clean up and thin out the remaining three. The quote for the work was on the low end of my estimate. As scheduled and on time, Luna, Malcolm, and Max showed up to take care of things. They were super professional and friendly. Took care of the trees and cleaned things up wonderfully! “Amazing customer service from their arborist Patrick, to the scheduler Jessica, from first request to quote, to crew dispatch. If I missed connecting with the office, I received a call back instantly, and always from Jessica that handled things with a great attitude.

The crew they sent out, comprising of Russel, Nick and Kyle, were the best people that I could imagine to work on my very large trees. They introduced themselves, went over the job insuring that we were all on the same page. The communication was spot on, and the work was perfect, giving us some sky and sunlight for the first time in years, due to overgrown trees. When they were finished, they took me around to make certain that I was happy and to see if any additional cutting was necessary. They were incredibly efficient, and when they were done, my home, my neighbors home, the street, were all cleaned of debris, leaving only their fine work.

“I needed some branches trimmed, including some that were interfering with high-up utility lines. I first got an estimate from a very well known Seattle tree trimming company, but it was over $3800, which seemed crazy high. A neighbor got me connected with these guys instead, and they did they whole job for less than 1/3 of the other estimate! The two-man crew had heavy equipment, and did a quality job, including cleanup. I would definitely call these guys any time I need tree work.“

“This crew are masters of their craft. I had a neighbor with an overgrown tree overhanging my roof. I brought them in to trim everything overhanging my property back to the property line. They managed to get all the limbs back to the fence line with no damage to my gutters and without having to access my neighbor's yard, truly impressed they were able to manage that. “Scheduling and getting a quote was oddly a bit rough this time around for some reason as we've had them out before with great success. But they took care of us when we settled up. Just want to say this is truly a great company. Alot of their employees have worked there for several years which speaks volumes to how they treat their employees I hope!! Speaking of which Jessie is just a great stand up hard working fella. Showed up right on time. Had a good chat, easy to talk to knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. Very cool seeing him get his gear on and get up in the trees he cut all the pieces just right for our fire pit. Ivan was great as well, it was fun watching him take down our little apple tree that tried to be. He went the extra mile and was so kind to rake and blow out extra leaves and make the yard look extra nice. It was emotional seeing our dead maple go and the struggling one next to it. But Jessie made my heart feel better telling me how happy the one that was left was going be! They pruned our crazy plum and wow! I wished I took before and afters.
