Such a clean, friendly, inviting environment. There's usually multiple really good artists ready to take you and you friends as walk in, they're affordable and the quality of work that is delivered is impeccable. The shop has a convenient location and was easy to find and I also found great parking. Also I can go to the local businesses after my tattoo to eat or have a fun weekend extravaganza with friends.

First tattoo in WA! Check! I found this spot through a fellow tattoo enthusiast with way more ink than myself. I also follow them on Instragram and have been researching spots for months. On Yelp of course. My best friend was visiting from out of town and we decided to get matching tattoos. Yes, we did. Top Hat Tattoo was able to take us without an appointment and wow! So fun to make it here finally. What an authentic, professional tattoo parlor. Max was super friendly and thorough in his process for doing the tattoo. Fun music and good vibes here.
