Dr. Portuese & his staff are literally the best. From my consult to the to preop & surgery itself. The team of nurses are amazing & so caring & comforting. The anesthesiologists is SO kind & compassionate & talked me through everything & genuinely cared about me- she was so authentic. Kelley answered my never ending questions , Angela & Mandy are knowledgeable & so helpful & I'm forgetting a few people but only because I'm terrible with names. The cute woman that did my pictures:) was super patient with how terrible I am at taking directions. Every single person made me feel cared for on every level & at every single point in this process. I was so nervous & they took all the time I needed to walk me through my questions. I still have stitches in - but I can tell my results are going to be so good. My healing is going well too. I would shout from the rooftops for everyone to use Dr. P because I'm that impressed. He's confident about his work but not a dick- he's down to earth. They truly do care about patients & that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!!!!

I saw Dr. Joe for my nose and my ears- I had been picked on growing up for both and the insecurity never went away. I did a lot of research on doctors and Melissa at the front actually recommended Dr Joe because my ears were pretty hard to fix, and she said he is the absolute best... What I really appreciate about Dr Joe is his realistic expectations and walking me though different options. The tip of my nose and the little hump were my main concern, but I really wanted to fix my ears since I would be under anyway. Let me tell you- these results surpassed my expectations and i cannot thank Dr Joe AND Melissa enough for helping me feel beautiful and secure with myself. 10/10 recommend. The recovery was actually not as bad as i had hyped it to be either, having the nurses be available by text was so nice and greatly appreciated. Side note- the office is great, from the front desk, the financing, doctors and nurses. This was also the first time that i didn't wake up sick from anesthesia.

I am absolutely amazed at how immediate my results are with my surgeries. Dr Portuese and his staff have been the best! I have felt apart of their family since the first contact I made. They have answered every question immediately. Either through phone call or email. Dr Portueses' attention to detail is impeccable. I couldn't have asked for better results. I would recommend Dr Portuese to anyone who is interested in any facial surgery. I had the neck/face lift with upper blepharoplasty.
