I love this studio! Incredibly nurturing for the body, mind, and spirit! I especially love Art’s Ritual Flow class. She has such a calming presence that I can’t get enough of. Would highly recommend checking it out!

To me The Heart Center is a place of peace. It's a place where I go to feel okay. This is the best yoga center I've ever been to. The studio is clean and everyone is kind. The owner, Faith, is incredible and teaches with compassion and acceptance. I also particularly love any class with Ki! Flow & Restore is the best. If you haven't tried out this studio - you ought to!

I've gone 3x with all different instructors and surprisingly enough... everyone of them has been great! Very easy to follow and they use some Sanskrit which I enjoy! Hear the words enough and you start to remember each pose/practice. That is something that I look for because I get confused when instructors give too much directions. This is a hidden gem in white center. It really is a gorgeous studio and very spacious. The owner is lovely and very inviting. I'm hoping for more early classes in the future.
