I will say that the first time this company sent someone to do work here that I was less than impressed.This time however, I felt that I received the services I needed and that they were performed by professionals.First of all, Wynona was very professional and helpful with booking my appointment.Secondly, Natalia and her husband (sorry I didn’t get his name) arrived in time and were very efficient. We had two furnaces cleaned and inspected. Two gas fireplaces were also cleaned and inspected. Natalia repainted the fireplace box and replaced the stones and ember materials as well. I am really impressed with this company. Not only did they do a great job in cleaning both my wood burning chimney and gas fireplace, but came on time, and went above and beyond to keep the place clean. The tech did a great job in accessing my problem issues and explained what was good and in fine order which allowed me to feel at ease.The price charged seemed to be fair and was the same amount estimated.I recommend this company and will call again when needed.

Nathan cleaned our fireplace, assessed our chimney, and cleaned out the dryer vent. He wore the proper protection for the current times (mask and gloves) but also wear slippers over his shoes to not attract any soot or dirt from outside when cleaning inside the house. He worked diligently and did not rush. I prefer thorough work rather than someone just rushing through the get the job done - I appreciated that. He was very clear with next steps if we wanted to pursue that. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted the day before on the phone and in the email confirmation from the day before.
