    Overall a great experience

I had a broken frunk - It wasn't opening. The service I requested was quoted at ~$800 to replace both latches.

I dropped it off without issue at 9AM, they provided a loaner car for me (newer, gray model with FSD), and they finished up at 3:15PM (~6 hours). They ended up only needing to replace one of the two latches, so I was only charged $300.

I am very pleased with the service. It felt fast & efficient, and it was done very professionally with integrity.

Shout out to Justin at the front desk, My charging adapter that came with the vehicle melted after a charging session. After close examination, Justin offered me a free replacement just to be safe. Hassle-free experience!
