Edit review: I have used this company in the past and will do so in the future. I had a poor experience with scheduling (largely attributed to the Microsoft outage) and a surprise quote adjustment on the day of install.
However, after working with the management team, a remedy and resolution was reached that left me feeling this was an unfortunate exception to their general high-quality service and standards.
4/5 stars due to some bumps in the road but they ultimately made it right.
We are impressed with the knowledge and thorough and professional assessment of our home’s issue. Seth Cunningham was great at communicating information and providing answers to our concerns.
Seth came out to bid a project, replacing old wooden posts with steel. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He took his time making sure not to miss any details, which I really appreciated. Can't wait to get the work completed!
