A great yoga studio with small classes and awesome instructors.

As a dedicated yoga student for over twenty years I've taken classes at a myriad of studios and from a variety of teachers. Taj Yoga is an incredible studio and founder and teacher Theresa Elliot is a master of her craft and is always evolving and growing, sharing her enthusiasm and smart, safe movement practices in exciting ways without being snooty or woo-woo. Her classes are always fun and a good workout and I've learned immensely from her. The space is beautiful too with high ceilings, great light and solid maple floors. I also regularly attend Dylan Noebels early morning yoga classes here and have reviewed him independently under A-1 Yoga.
