I have really appreciated the care I've received from Shaina Hakala, ARNP. When other medical providers didn't listen to my concerns over a swollen knee nearly five years ago, Shaina recognized that something was wrong, sent me in for testing, and saved my life after discovering a pulmonary embolism. And over the last year and a half, when other providers have been unwilling to look at potential issues related to ongoing fatigue, Shaina sent me in for more testing and has found other conditions contributing to my fatigue. Dr. Watlington 's care has been done if that best I've received in Seattle. When most healthcare providers are visibly struggling for multiple reasons with providing person centered care Dr. W has been consistently caring and kind. My whole family sees him due to how helpful he has been.
