Doctor Minh H Dao is sweet but takes advantage of you. I went it for a wellness exam and got billed an insane amount for a visit that should’ve been covered by my insurance. They misclassified my wellness exam.

I will be finding a new primary care physician And i wouldn’t Recommend Anyone!
With any form of State health insurance to believe they have your Best Interest.
As A Client I ended the call feeling very helpless!
And i just dont have any Real faith In the Healthcare System Do better Swedish!

Extremely shady and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

I have full health insurance coverage and went in for a routine exam that went normally. I was shocked to learn their billing team billed me twice for a single visit with doctors I'd never met. After escalating this issue, it took over 8 months for them to admit fault and they only slightly reduced their rate.

Do yourself a favor and find an honest provider. Read other reviews as well. I'm reporting this to Seattle's Consumer Protection Agencies.
