Swedish Endoscopy Center - First Hill

I had been preparing myself for my colonscopy procedure with meditation for days leading up to the day of, because to say I was very nervous is an understatement.From the start being admitted by Daniel I experienced a great deal of care, empathy and professionalism. Both Dr.s' Nicolas Procaccini and Erin Bushell were thorough in their explaining and allayed my fears regarding the procedure. Daniel and Jeffery helped me to stay calm and assured me that it was normal to feel as I did and they were there to help me through the process. I am grateful to them and the whole department for their professionalism and care.

The staff was super comforting and kept me calm during the whole process. Dr. Procaccini was the real mvp and super informative. I was safe and comfortable the whole time. Thank you everyone for a great colonoscopy!

Terrible service. Watched nurses eat candy in front of our room, watched nurses mess up the iv in my father, questioning whether or not the IV was usable. Their procedure timetable was COMPLETELY inaccurate. They said pre-op wait was 90 minutes and our wait was beyond 2 hours. Would have love to have accurate time represented and for my father to have been treated better.
