I have gone there multiple times. They definitely have both females and males to give the massages. Their English is not great so that can be a problem. I have found all the massages to be wonderful! Headed back again right now
Wendy was my massage therapist and she was AMAZING! I know footspas can be hit or miss (and I've had some not so great experiences), but this was probably my best experience ever at a footspa. I'm so relaxed and in a way better mood than I was when I walked in to the spa. I paid for a combo 60min massage with a 30 min scalp massage added on and I loved the minty oil she used. Wendy didn't use excessive elbows, nor did she tap really hard. Also sometimes footspas can be loud since you're in a big room, but everyone was quiet, professional, and there were no interruptions. It was a pretty good massage and the staff were friendly, but the place really smelled like body odor which was a real turn off. Especially considering this is supposed to be a peaceful relaxing place.
I almost left when I walked in.
