I'm an active 50yo and have been increasing my mileage on my road bike, got back into mountain biking, golf, and tennis, and would find myself sore and stiff despite trying to keep up with my stretching and yoga. I had an amazing experience at this studio in Wallingford! As someone new to pilates on the reformer, I was a bit nervous stepping in. However, Jill, the instructor, was an absolute gem. She not only made me feel at ease with the equipment but also tailored the session to ensure I felt comfortable.One of the things that really stood out to me was how supported I felt throughout the entire class. Jill's guidance and expertise really made a difference. It's rare to find a workout that not only strengthens but also nurtures your body, and pilates here definitely achieved that. I had my first class here last May, and I can honestly say that it's changed my life. After a sedentary pandemic, I needed to move my body in a safe and encouraging environment. I found everything I needed and more at Studio Evolve. Everyone I've worked with here is warm and helpful, and they clearly have expertise in meeting you where you are. It's been almost a year and I'm doing advanced positions I never would have thought I'd be able to do. I'm excited to see what another year will bring! Shout out to my wonderful dedicated instructor Chelsea! (I've also worked with Kimmie and Erin and they are lovely!!)
