In classes of 11 people or less, we focus on giving you the most efficient workout possible in 45-minutes. Our unique workout caters to a wide range of fitness levels. From beginners to advanced, you will always end class feeling successful and accomplished. Our classes are challenging, our instructors and members are the most welcoming you’ll find, and we guarantee you’ll see and feel transformation in your body in as little as 5 sessions.
