I absolutely adore Annie, who is the best aesthetician I’ve worked with. She is a perfectionist, very honest about what you need vs pushing for unnecessary treatments. She is excellent with needles.
I saw the practitioner Annie Osnis, she works with patience, gentleness, and expertise. I always feel listened to, never rushed, or like she is not "present" with me. (That last thing, I think, is incredibly important in today's world.) I'm very pleased to have found her and I consider her my go-to for the service I need.
I have been getting treatment at Dr. Zook's office for many years. She is the absolutely the best dermatologist I've ever had or heard of. She is personable, friendly, punctual and also a great clinician. Her office is so clean and comfortable it makes treatment a much more pleasant experience. The staff is where she really shines. Today I called her office with a pretty complex question. The receptionist, Payton McLeod, Said she would get back to me today. She not only got back to me, she explored locations to refer me to, even evaluating their reviews so the fit was right. Thank you Dr. Zook for your great care.
