Pedicure was perfect, but I’m not thrilled about the manicure (which was done by a different person). My nails were cut too short and the gel polish was applied too heavily resulting in my fingers looking short and stubby. It also started chipping slightly a few days after. Also, I would have appreciated a more relaxing hand massage and manicure experience for the price I paid. I would give them another try though.

I'm a 2-4 mani/pedi a year kind of person for special occasions or a girls day, but I've been going to Spay Envy for the last 5-6 years and it's always a great experience. Even though I'm not a frequent customer, the staff always use my name in greeting and on the phone. The salon is very clean, and their practices are very sanitary and careful. The staff and service are always friendly and perfect! I incidentally scheduled an appointment this week on a prom day, and it was very busy, but I didn't feel rushed at all. Always recommend!

First time customer here. Was really impressed with their service. My partner and I came in for a mani and pedi service. The place is super clean, everyone was super friendly and polite,the massage chairs are great and my fav. I messed up my thumbs polish while I was putting on my boots and they were really nice to touch it up for me. I would definitely come back.
