Amazing customer service from their arborist Patrick, to the scheduler Jessica, from first request to quote, to crew dispatch. If I missed connecting with the office, I received a call back instantly, and always from Jessica that handled things with a great attitude.
The crew they sent out, comprising of Russel, Nick and Kyle, were the best people that I could imagine to work on my very large trees. They introduced themselves, went over the job insuring that we were all on the same page. Peter responded quickly to my request for an estimate after a neighbor's tree fell on my shed and fence. He had his truck and another person there later that afternoon and it was taken care of quicky and safely! For something that I thought was going to be a major hassle, I was very pleasantly surprised that it was taken care of so well within basically 24 hours after I made the call!

Seattle Tree Care delivered very good service at a very reasonable price. They were very accommodating and even walked over my roof in order to answer my concern about my gutters. My only complaint is that they had to move a heavy fire pit and garden furniture in order to access one of the trees and forgot to put them back before leaving. This is a 2 person job.
