My tire blew out on my way to Costco. My spare was underneath the vehicle and I couldn't get to it. Gave them a call to help and Robert was there in minutes. I spoke with Mike on the phone who asked questions to help figure out my needs - while still on the phone Robert arrived. That's how fast! Robert and Mike made what started as a terrible day great again with how quickly, efficiently, and genuine they were. I've been in Seattle 10 years so dealt with many companies, Seattle Towing will be the only one I call now. Very highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Richie, our tow truck driver. He went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was dropped off by a specific time, even with a tight schedule. Richie and his team truly went out of their way to help our family and give us peace of mind. He even followed up afterward to confirm the vehicle had arrived safely. Richie coordinated directly with the dealership, which he didn’t have to do, making the whole process smoother and stress-free for us. We are so grateful for his exceptional service.
