So happy with the service I received on my Mini at Precision Motorworks. They had great communication every step of the way and even moved some things around in their schedule to accommodate the small window of time I had to get the work done on my car. Happy to find my new go-to service provider.
Great service at a fair price! They don't try to "upsell" services you really don't need. And they explain what they are going to do, how long it will take along with an estimate, and what would make that estimate vary. Informative and friendly!
I've lived near this repair shop for nearly 12-years but always chosen to take our two cars - a Mercedes and a Land Rover Discovery to their respective dealership service centers for everything from annual services to engine light troubles. After years of irritation with both places I finally took the Mercedes to Precision and was SHOCKED with the transparency, customer service and most eye opening...the cost. I can't believe I have been screwed for years by the dealership. Most recently, a piece of my door handle on the Discovery came off. After navigating getting the part from Land Rover; the service center told me to book an appt and the estimate to get the part back on would be $100 for labor. I had a weird feeling. I took the part to precision and to see about getting an appointment with them. One of their techs looked at the handle and fixed it within 30 seconds at no charge. He was shaking his head, in disgust, alongside me. Save yourself money, time and your dignity by taking your cars to Precision!
