They need to have better communication and make sure The patients know what to do next. They’re all very nice, but there’s a breakdown Somewhere as to what the patient should do after they see the doctor.

Scheduling was easy, I was able to call to change an appointment and got a call back from the automated service so I didn't have to wait on hold. The facility is a bit dated but clean and the staff I spoke with were very nice. The practitioner I spoke with needed some improvement on bedside manner but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk that up to inexperience working in this type of clinic.

I've been a patient at SeaMar Medical Center in South Park for about 12 years, and while the facilities could use a facelift, the care I've received has always been exceptional. My entire family, including my three kids, comes here because we trust the team, especially our family doctor, Daniel Rivas.
