Karen was a wonderful introduction to the world of electrolysis! During the consultation, she explained carefully the strengths and weaknesses of electrolysis and laser hair procedures, and she was very attentive to any questions that I had. When she wasn't sure about an answer to my question, she didn't hesitate to let me know. I really appreciated the information she provided, and I'm definitely taking what she said into consideration for my future hair needs.
