I hired Josh with Resonate Branding to move my template built website from Squarespace over to a platform where we could customize pages better and offer a professional online store for video content. Josh encouraged me to take this opportunity of a website revamp to change things around to engage my audience better, focus people's attention where I wanted it, and set up a foundation and goals for my business to really thrive. Josh Parkinson designed and built my business website nearly a year ago and I still love it as much today as I did when it first went live. I was truly impressed with Josh's ability to capture the feel that I communicated to him. I have had more and more patients communicate to me that they found my practice via web search and this is no doubt due in part to Josh's SEO skills. Additionally, Josh has been very responsive at any points that I had an issue - whether due to my own lack of savvy when it comes to technology ("Josh! How do I update my website?!?") or due to quirky things that just come up ("Josh! I'm not getting any e-mails from yahoo or gmail accounts!!!"). He has fixed the problems immediately with the sense of urgency that matches the issue. I highly recommend Josh and Resonate Branding and Design (and I do frequently). At the very least, do yourself a favor and have a conversation with him if you are thinking about designing or re-designing a website (or optimizing it or other things).
