I absolutely love this veterinarians office. Everyone is super kind, and watching how the staff interact with my pets and how in tune they are with the pets and showing kindness is incredible. I have 3 vet adverse cats, one of them incredibly spicy being in a carrier and at the vet, and while they may vocalize their displeasure, the way the staff work with them and make sure not to escalate their anxiety is awesome.
I also have an elderly rescue dog that I end up having to be here a bit more frequently, and as I walk in carrying her they recognize her instantly! She also has had some accidents in the vet's office and was treated with kindness,... read full review
We have been Seattle Veterinary Associates clients for the last 5+ years and have utilized four of their five clinics at different times for our pets. Most recently we have returned to the Ravenna Animal Hospital in their new location on NE Blakely Street. It is a beautifully appointed and hospitable new space with convenient, designated parking right out front. Front desk staff is consistently helpful and friendly. I've worked with Michael and Larisa who were both very accommodating in-person and over the phone. I can not speak highly enough for the level of care and service Ravenna Animal Hospital provides. They are thoughtful, honest, and kind. They always provide options and do not push additional services. Both my dogs LOVE going to the vet, and it is due to the incredible staff. I highly recommend.
