We have been thrilled with our experience with this clinic. We’ve seen both Dr Khela and Dr De and they both have been thorough with examinations and in educating us about how to care for our large breed puppy and eye care referrals. The support staff are also wonderful - asking for preferences, transparent in costs, and everyone seems to deeply loves animals. Samples/labs have been done quickly and they seem to have more appointments available than other clinics. Our family looks forward to calling Ravenna Animal Hospital our home base for animal care for many years to come!
Had our first visit with my scared rescue dog, and I’m impressed so far. Dr Mortimer & Jasmine were caring and professional (Dr. Mortimer got down on the floor and fed my pup treats the whole time). We decided to make this visit a “happy visit” and will return next week for vaccines. I appreciate the patience this takes!
