I've been training with Nikolai for 6 months. He's an excellent trainer, is an expert in this field and most importantly he's a really nice person. Workouts are super fun and challenging. Throughout the workout session he always keeps us motivated and makes sure we maintain the right form. He makes sure that my exercises are pain free by taking feedback from me and making adjustments in the workouts. And awesome music in the gym to keep you motivated during the workout! Highly recommend.

I took the semi-private training sessions at Power Body for about 8 months, and they were immensely helpful for my form, strength, and overall wellbeing! Nikolai is awesome, and is incredibly knowledgeable as a trainer. I learned so much during my sessions, and I hope to go back some day. Highly recommend!!!

I showed up in March after a partial hip replacement and minor shoulder surgery. My aging athletic body in need of work with a goal to be fit for a September trek in Nepal. Way laid for a month in July due to covid, I was concerned my dream would be thwarted. However, Nikolai had a slow and steady plan that proved to be superior to age and illness. I was not only ready but excelled garnering many compliments on my fitness and endurance. If not now, when? Come on in and get it done!
