I took Susan's "Shy to Confident" dog class because my 7 month old puppy was very shy around people and hated being touched. I found the class really helpful. I learned that I need to be his advocate, how to spot the signs that he is nervous and past his thresh hold, and then some games that can help him with some of his fearfulness. Also, a general takeaway was some of the shyness is just part of his personality and nothing is wrong with that. He's been this way since 10 weeks. We highly recommend this place! Lilah learned so much from her kindergarten classes and we as owners learned also how to train her and get her to listen to us.
Susan was extra patience with our little one and we appreciated it.
Susan has now helped us with two dogs almost 16 years apart! She’s deeply knowledgeable, patient and fantastic with dogs. She knows her stuff and is a great resource. Thanks for helping with ziggy and now Josie!
