Very friendly and helpful customer service. I visited their store looking for a replacement kitchen sink sprayer hose for a Kraus faucet. They didn’t have the part I was looking for, with Kraus being a less common brand and my faucet being 10+ years old, however they gave me advice on how to go about looking for the part. Their advice saved me a ton of time. I’m not a plumber, rather I’m just someone trying to fix my home faucet.

Philp (A true gentleman and scholar) has helped me a few times now and him and the rest of the crew at Pacific are fantastic to work with.I specifically go to Pacific locations whenever possible. The service is steps above other suppliers and the selection and pricing are hard to beat.I work in the trades and regularly do odds and ends plumbing work, however I am not a journeyman or master plumber by any standard. The Pacific crew is great to work with and happy to help me with me despite my lack of trade specific terminology and specs. Thank you for all you do!

I come to pacific all the time. I love the staff and how helpful the staff are. From Mrs. Lisa and Fin that help me find all the weird parts I seem to run into. To the guys in the warehouse. They are and will always be my go to for parts and great customer service.
