Terrible front desk staff for check in at dermatology department.
2 staff working. 1 staff sat there silently and did not greet me even though she clearly sees I’m trying to check in. She stares at her colleague who was clearly busy and helping someone on the phone to hint for her colleague to do the job instead.
Once she saw her colleague was helping a person on the phone, she continued to stay silent instead of doing her job to check me in. At least have the decency to say - we’ll be right with you.
I had to ask and walked up to her and asked if she can checked me in for her to finally do so.

Why the one stars? I received excellent care from the GI medical team for my colonoscopy today. They were professional, efficient with great bedside manners. Nursing staff and Dr. Isle completed the procedure within an hour of checking in. What more could I ask for? 10/10!

I transferred to Pacific Medical Center First Hill the last quarter of 2022 and couldn't be happier. The care I've received from my PCP, Dr Miriam Kennelly and several specialists in the practice has been absolutely exceptional. And that's not all, the receptionists, nurses, lab techs ... so kind, caring, patient, dedicated professionals... the lot! I feel lucky to be under the care of such a wonderful team!
