I have practiced and taught Oom Yung Doe for many years. I have personally gained many benefits including developing greater strength, speed agility & skill. I have also developed self-discipline, determination, confidence & self-reliance. These traits have brought me great gains both personally & professionally resulting in boosting my career, communication skills & personal relationships. Of course I have had my share of self-defense incidents from time to time over the years and am grateful to Oom Yung Doe and Grand Master "Iron" Kim for giving me the skill & ability to completely dominate my attackers in these situations.

My son has been training there for more than 5 years. The whole program is designed around the core philosophy of Martial Arts. All of the instructors are very skilled and deeply caring of and committed to, our kids learning.

I used to go to a gym, but that got boring. Then I tried out this place and haven't regretted it for a second. The instructors -- patient, thorough and providing personalized instruction -- make sure everyone improves. It's a unique mix of martial arts, self defense and mindfulness that challenges the brain as much as the body. Highly recommend their adult classes and the women's only self defense class.
