They have been very helpful with a couple of rekeying projects and are always friendly and helpful. The teams that come on-site are friendly and easy to work with. Very Happy to be working with them.

I took an old desk lock in to see if I could have it replaced since I'd acquired it second hand and didn't receive any keys for it. Brian took my order and told me to leave the lock with him then Lars followed up letting me know they'd be in touch on the outcome. After getting back Lars informed me that it was an older, unique lock and that although they couldn't replace it they could make keys for it, I was relieved by that information and after three day picked up the keys and installed the lock on my desk and am now able to secure my files thanks to the team at Watson Security! Good job guys!

Previously posted the below, but the lock appears to work just fine. My apologies! It seems like the problem is incompetant building management who claimed they couldn't get in my unit with the new lock and wanted to charge me fines. Upgrading from a 1-star to 4 star.I was instructed by my HOA that they had the master key and I would need to rekey my place according to it. This was the only option of places to do this, as they are the preferred vendor. The customer service was friendly in placing the order for the deadbolt however the actual product ended up being defective.
