Great Quality Workmanship. Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity, Respect, all in a Timely manner. We decided to do our floors and hired NW Affordable after realizing we were in over our heads and on a time frame to get it done. Not only did he get it done on time but at a level of Quality far above our Expectations. He even helped our son with showing him some basics on how to work in the trade and is a prime example of a great work ethic. We will definitely be using him in our future
Seattle contractors are a mixed bag in our experience. No shows, shoddy work that I have to fix myself, overcharges, and a few that started a job and failed to complete it. It’s been frustrating to find anyone dependable and who I would trust to have in my home.So - we are happy we found Frankie. He’s busy, so you may need to be patient when scheduling your job, but it’s worth the wait. He does quality work and is mindful about costs. Materials are expensive right now, but Frankie does his best to stay within your budget and find the best prices.
