We had a very tricky move from one suite to another in the Northwest Work Lofts, and management couldn't have been more helpful getting us through it. They were willing to negotiate on move in date, gave clear instructions and assistance, and went out of their way to keep us posted with updates. Thank you so much Jeff, Nicole, and Elizabeth!
The location is great, as are the tenants, and management. It's a bunch a small creative businesses, with cool people and great ideas. I work in one of the offices and we also share the space with a couple small businesses. The architecture is cool and the high ceilings, exposed beams, and bright colors of paint are my favorite. I always feel cheery, and surrounded by named and nameless friends. The space here is affordable, eclectic, and there are a ton of cheap parking lots/paid street parking within a block or three. Check out Boat Street Cafe while you're here too, they've got a corner on the cafe market at Northwest Work Lofts.
