RENOVA did a complete kitchen remodel for us with the addition of an island and cooktop. We couldn’t be happier with the results and, in general, the process of working with the team. Nick was great; he communicated each day, kept me in the loop on everything since I was gone most of the time due to work, sent videos and detailed photos, and addressed my concerns without delay. I could literally text him late in the evening after work, and he would call me back and answer all my questions within minutes, which really impressed me. I had an unfinished attic in my house that I couldn’t finish for the past year. I wanted to keep it simple—just some minor electrical stuff, and the rest was drywall and flooring. RENOVA was my first choice, so I can’t really say anything about my past experience with contractors, but I hope everyone works like them. Nick was very polite through the whole project; he gave me daily updates, and the communication was super open; I never felt stressed about it. They completed the attic renovation on time with all the electrical permits approved, and there were no changes to the budget at all, which was a surprise. We did a kitchen extension, with a buildout above the garage, lots of framework, and exterior work in addition to the kitchen remodel itself. RENOVA did a fantastic job, on Schedule! On budget! Nick was awesome, he was on the job site pretty much every day, delivering cabinets, tile, and shingles, making sure everything was on schedule and going by plan. The plumbing and electrical was done to the highest standard, with all the inspections imaginable. They were a great team to work with on such a huge project that was not easy by any means, lots of moving parts and things to juggle, but Nick and Mike were perfect. I would recommend RENOVA again and again!
