Found Nick'a using Angi to take a look at the sprinkler system for a home we recently bought. First guy they sent spent 4 hours trying to find a valve he insisted existed (it didn't).Two days later another crew comes and spends another 90 minutes trying to locate the "missing valve" - then proceeds to spend 8 hours digging up my yard to replace valves, add in additional pipes, and add in additional sprinkler heads. Whole time the talking about how terrible my system was and convincing me they were going to do it right and fix everything.All in all, set me back a little over $3000. We needed some pretty basic repairs to our sprinkler system; and initially I thought these guys had done a good job, though I had questions about what they'd done. Later I realized that they hadn't actually done everything I asked them to do initially, and that they'd actually made the system less effective overall. I asked them to come back out and look at it, and three separate times they said they'd be out 'tomorrow' but never showed. Weeks later I finally hired somebody else and paid them to fix it. Also, they charge a $125 call out fee just to come to your place. Make sure you understand the billing in advance to making an appointment.

I am in a house where I "inherited" a sprinkler system that I know little if anything about. The two workers came out and were very professional and showed me what needed to be replaced and what did not. They performed the work efficiently and excellently, and did not try to "up-sell" me anything I did not need, which I was most appreciative of. Then they set the timer for me and correct4ed inaccurate settings so I was then good. Later I found a sprinkler head that I believed they had replaced leaking near the junction of the street between and my driveway.
