I'm extremely grateful to be one of Jillian's clients. She's very skilled at what she does! I was shocked (no pun intended) at how comfortable the procedure is, even on a very sensitive area! Jillian also just a really kind, good-hearted person. To find someone like her as a practitioner feels like an incredible stroke of luck. I'm getting treatments due to the itching, pain, and rashes I get from hair, regardless of whether I trim, shave, or let it grow. Knowing that when this is over, I won't have to deal with any of that anymore, just feels amazing. I recommend Jillian one million percent!

Overall: extremely professional and good at her job! I have tried laser hair removal, but it was $200 a session, and after 5 sessions, only seemed to give me a 5-10% reduction in hair. I decided that I wanted to try electrolysis and used Yelp to find people local to me. I reached out to several people but Jillian was by far the most receptive to what I wanted done, plus she was super nice and professional in her correspondence, which means a lot to me. I have now gone to see her three times and have had great results so far. I was referred to Jillian by another electrologist (seriously, since when do people send you to their competition?!) because my electrologist's schedule was changing and I needed work done for an upcoming surgery. I was immediately comfortable upon meeting Jillian. She has an awesome personality and is very warm and welcoming. Sitting for two hours at a time can be a daunting task, but Jillian and I had endless things to talk about. She is so easy to talk to that the two hours flew by and I was sure the clock somehow changed itself... She is thorough, thoughtful, experienced, knowledgable and FUN to work with. HIGHLY recommend.
