Great job on the roof and gutter interior, it would have been helpful to know they don't do the gutter exterior, as this was not disclosed. Also, would have been helpful knowing which day they were arriving instead of a text at 9am, notifying of arrival time in the next hour.

The gutters/downspouts installation team showed up on time and before beginning the installation, listened to my concerns regarding some special circumstances with our property that made the project more challenging. The crew addressed those concerns and once completed, everything looked great; and when they ran water through the system, everything functioned perfectly.

I’ll have to admit that I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking otherwise I might have thought twice.
I too had a “miscommunication” with their sales rep. We had the moss removal, anti moss powder, and gutter cleaning.
The roof turned out spotless, but they forgot the powder. They also left behind two garbage bags of the moss they removed.
Over all satisfied, but if I will be there in person to surprise if I had to do again.
