On a recent Friday afternoon, a passing truck snagged my power line and pulled my meter box clear off the wall of my house. I called a couple of companies but Mr. Electric was the first that would be able to get someone out that very evening. Jacob took a look, came up with a plan, and give me an estimate that evening, then came back the next morning with the necessary parts. He was great to work with, did a nice job on the repairs on Saturday, and put in the extra effort to get a hold of the right person at Seattle City Light that was able to send a crew out to reconnect our power on Saturday evening instead of us being stuck until Monday.
