A personal trainer was great, but Valkyrie has been way better. The expert coaching, varied WOD programming, flexible schedules, and a fun and supportive community mean that by showing up, fitness is unavoidable. I look forward to every workout.

Kristen has outstanding knowledge of weight training, nutrition, body mechanics, and how to create a path to help you reach your fitness goals. She is consistent, inspiring, and evidence-based. Highly recommend her studio. Kristen also works well with physical therapists as you journey into recovery.

Update - hey Im still seeing Kristen 2-3 times a week. She keeps you accountable and makes it fun. Im inspired by her own journey and dedication. I may not be able to match her results but everyday I feel good about the effort and education I get thru keeping on. Also she really knows what women's bodies will respond to in both weight training and FOOD. She is a real pro and IM coming up on 5.5 years. Best decision to start, better decision to keep on going!!
