Krista is amazing at identifying muscles that need attention and using massage and stretching to address them. I had a major problem with my glutes (piriformis) which doctors and PT folks could not help. She did a masterful, high pressure massage and it corrected. She also is knowledgeable about exercises to keep them aligned and stretched. I highly recommend her for a regular deep tissue massage also-- I feel so relaxed after one of hers. MAK M.
