The sales rep, Chris, was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Crystal at their store provided much needed assistance in color and style selection of the carpet and paint. Their installers leave the space neat and clean. This is my second time using Major Brands this year. Both experiences have been only positive.

We had an engineered wood floor installed in our kitchen (thanks, Mark!), and liked it so much that we did the same in our three bedrooms (thanks, Rafael, Guillermo, and Raul!). Curt managed the work from his side and was super-easy to work with, including our extended deliberations over what flooring to use, then managing his team's schedule to make things easier for us. The workmanship is outstanding and the flooring and baseboards are gorgeous. When we get to updating the next part of our house, we're certainly going with this business.
