I am a little late in writing this review. While my first laser hair removal session wasn't ideal, I was fortunate to have Lisa Shimizu handle my subsequent sessions. My five star rating is for Lisa's amazing work. Lisa is fantastic! She possesses a strong work ethic, is incredibly detail-oriented, and listens attentively to her patients' concerns. She took the necessary time during my treatment and adjusted the settings for my comfort level. Her empathy and understanding of patients' needs truly shine through. I highly recommend Lisa!"
