What can I say about Karl! We are buying a house which is pre inspected by him. In a competitive market we had to waive off inspection contingencies and had to totally rely on his report to see what we are getting into .. he answered all my questions took me through the entire report. Gave important pointers. I’m a first time homebuyer and a terrified one too. His notes have given me some relief. thanks for all your help Karl!

Karl was very professional. He was on time, he communicated all the problems with us, even the minor ones. He send the report in the same day and it was very detailed. We would be recommending him to our friends and families:)

Karl was awesome ! We were in need of a house inspection immediately and found Karl on yelp so decided to contact him .. He responded back to us right away and was able to come by on such short notice .. His inspection was very thorough and his online software is awesome .. We highly recommend him !!
