I had a wonderful experience working with Michael. I thought I had an irreparable external hard drive and I was certainly doomed thinking that I had lost all of my important files. Alas, that was not the case and all of my files were intact. Michael sent periodic updates about the status of the work and he sent me photos to show where things were. Absolutely smooth transaction from beginning to end. Michael is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him for any and all of your computer hardware/software concerns or questions!
